This was an experiment the deconstruction and manipulation of letterforms to create abstractions. The creation of these compositions was a combination of analog processes consisting of cutting, pasting, and photocopying a variety of paper substrates. Within each composition, I explored technical concepts such as symmetry, asymmetry, scale, balance, and contrast.
